Earlier this month, I received a letter from it dated May 4 informing me that my ATM card would be cancelled on May 15th because an un-named website was compromised by hackers. They promised a replacement. Okay, so last Monday (the 15th), my new card hasn't showed up, so I call the bank. The low level employee tells me that they are mailing out the cards on the 15th.

Doh!!!

So I'm thinking it will be here by wednesday. Well today is Friday and the new card still hasn't arrived.

Can a bank get anymore inept than this???

Meanwhile I have been walking around all week with a $150 to $200 in my wallet for incidentals.

Has anyone else here had this happen to them.
