The Matrix Feeling...all the cars felt unreal...

Unread postby simontay78 » Thu 04 May 2006, 13:16:34

If you had seen the 1999 The Matrix...when Neo discovered that human race are being bred in container to harness our body heat and converts it into electricity producing plant (battery)...The Matrix is a simulation of the world in the year 1999 but actual world is far further...

The realization that the world is no longer real...in the car he felt the memory of the restaurant that he use to go...is in fact not real...

the feeling of awe and shock...and the realization of many things around us will not be affordable or usable soon within our life time is like total denial and disbelieve!

I started talking to myself, taking photos and videos of cars that past by like they are rare...video tape the eating houses and my house with pc looks impressive...

I watch and imagine the menu at MacDonald is $30 per meal...and beggars outside the door....asking for a piece of bread.

The Matrix feeling...is totally weird!

I can add a couple

1. What you are being told by the MSM is not real (or at least they put a spin on it that caters to their corporate policies and interests)

2. What the government is saying and the reality of what it's doing - and it's untold reasons for doing them.

3. The unconcern of the general population over the climate change when in fact the planet is losing it's health.

4. Lack of awareness of the poverty created by a global financial and corporate entities.

Hi, there!

It's not unusual. For about two months after I discovered PO, I was pretty dazed too. In time, you will regain your balance and it will become easier to separate emotion from the situation.

My movie metaphor was saving the Shire from Mordor. In fact, JRR Tolkien's Mordor was an allegory for industrialization.

You have taken the Red Pill. Welcome.
The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.
