Not to mention that for most viruses, a small portion of the people will be automatically immune. They could just say that they didn't have the vaccine/antidote (like the rest of the populus) and were just 'stronger' than most others, just 'showing even more their superiority'.

Or Iran might really be evil. What kind of biological weapons could/do they have produced?

Any location attacked with biological weapons is immediately usable by immunized troops.

A major terrorist attack right now would destroy the already-weakening Bush administration. People voted for him because he promised to keep them safe. If he fails to deliver, he and his party are through.

Even if these guys really were into staging fake terrorist attacks, they wouldn't do it now.
