On a totally unrelated topic: In looking over at your current avatar, I just realized that you and I have made exactly the same number of posts (447) and, coincidentally, we appear to have joined PO. com within just about 2 weeks of each other.
What a wonderful website PO.com is that it can bring together a Northern European living in Germany and the descendent of Northern Europeans living in the USA to debate not only the future of life as we know it. but also the virtue (or lack thereof) of Pat Boone.
Of course, I just realized that by making this post I now have 448 posts to your 447, so the synergy is now totally destroyed and this entire post is utterly meaningless ... nevermind!
