A member of this forum, Taskforce_Unity has written an excellent report about the current and future state of the oil industry.

As always there are uncertainties, but this report is interesting because it attempts to find a middle path between the conflicting claims, and also factors in potential technological advances and disruption into its scenarios.

TFU is to be commended for putting a huge amount of research and effort into this.

I found that it advanced my knowledge and was pleased to have read it, though I intend to read it again thoroughly.
