I'm trying to find the name of an artist who's work I used to see in seattle area shops/galleries.

Two of his/her pieces that stand out are one of a submerged kingdome with porpoises and whales swimming around it...another one showed a partially submerged space needle with seals resting on the edge and ice bergs in the water I think.

If anyone knows who this artist is please let me know.
