$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Schweinshaxe', 'J')esus, when will you heathens convert to the metric system so that normal people can understand what you're talking about.

Look at the Brits! They were forced on their knees by the French and started to use the metric system. If they surrendered I'm sure you could too.

Here in southern Krautland it's about + 6 C and rainy. In the Highlands there is a little bit of snow.

6 C is above freezing, isn't it?

How much is that in Euro's?

Gee whiz, cold in the northern hemisphere in December. Who could have predicted that?

Does anybody else think that something in the climate system just broke? Because about a week before you guys in the US got your cold weather we got weather that felt VERY tropical here in Sydney...

Insane run of storms at the moment too. They're hitting all over the continent.

That said, we DO need the rain...

It's been in the teens here for the last 4 days and the pond is frozen.

I can now walk on water. Bow to me all you sinners. :P

We bottomed out at -5 F a couple days ago, Where the average low at night would be more like 15F and now its starting to come back to normal a little. Only 10 below the norm...
