If I they appeared over night in my town, yes it would.

But after a day of driving with the trains then no not so much.

It is a great idea that is long over do in the US. Our development is so messed up we would rather build 6 lane and 8 lane streets through our Citys rather than add high capacity rail lines.

Sorry, but what's the problem here? Do you mean the Tramway/Train/Streetcar?

Why should they fake this? It is normal in many cities? At least in mine...

I know it's not usual in the US, but I thought they had them in San Francisco for example?

Personally, this freaks me out. Wait, wait - I think I see a pedestrian!! Nah, that's just an oil stain.

I think he's referring to the massive locomotive pulling a freight train. They are very common in the USA, our freight rail system is fantastic, but they usually don't run right down the middle of main street.

Ah, it must have been pushed onto a new page. Has a tendency to happen...

What it was showing was a double-headed freight train going down the street - it's on one of the town's main streets. The track is used (this happens on a REGULAR basis, folks!)...

Ah, bugger it, I'll post the links to the actual images...

Whoa, wtf, now THAT would freak me out!!! 8O

How weird! Such a freight train takes ages even for a full emergency brake... You better don't obstruct that thing in traffic...

I was born and bred in Rocky. Know the trains well. Denison Street (the one with the rail line) is lined by stop signs and lights and barriers on the busier intersections. The trains run very slow through the city so accidents are at a minimum. Actually I can't remember ever hearing of one.
Kind regards, Katkinkate

Nope, not at all. Hopefully there will be fewer cars, because I dislike traffic and crazy drivers.
