$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')here is a "growing suspicion that oil companies are taking unfair advantage," Sen. Pete Domenici, R-N.M., said as the hearing opened in a packed Senate committee room.

"The oil companies owe the country an explanation," he said.

Don't you like how the government is pretending it doesn't know why the gas prices are high?

They are just doing this to make the sheeple feel like something is being done about these greedy oil companies who are ripping them off.

"Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the
Abyss, the Abyss gazes also into you."

Ammo at a gunfight is like bubblegum in grade school: If you havent brought enough for everyone, you're in trouble

Of course they are. if you're not donig anything, at least try to have the look of doing something.

The worst part of all this, is that it actually works. :(

While the 'mock warfarer of words' carries on, entertaining the sheeple, the sheeple take their eyes off their wallet and continue paying the price.
