If you listen to the financial sense online in the third hour, an oil industry insider speaks out, it's fasinating. Listen to the broadcast 48mins into the program. He says peakoil is now!!!, says we are now on the downward bellcurve!!!. 3rd hour

Hmmm... an email from an "insider of an international exploration company", eh? How much data would he have on SA and the rest? Why would it be better than Campbells or Lahearres? Somewhat interesting, though...

not "better" just another piece of the puzzle or simply "more lies" depending on your outlook.

Great link there, dukat!

Folks, if you haven't listened to this thing the whole way through, I strongly suggest you do so.

This is the site where the above link comes from: Newshour site

While a few of the audio programs do have text transcrips (scroll down the page) most of them don't. It's a bummer, as I hate listening to hours of audio... :x

Good site, though...

Blasphemy! How could you go back to dialup after experiencing high speed?

ahhh not a choice but the limitations of current technology i.e. I moved to BFE before we move to real far out BFE and I do not want to pay the prices for a crappy 56k+ circuit.

I guess I could go with sat dsl but will wait for for the homestead to be built before installing.

I use to install DSL and it appears I will be doing telecom work again = amazing money being paid for katrina/rita work.
Even though I am a "phone man" by trade I must say - cable rules!!! :)

Thus - I need transcripts!!! 8)

Well, I listened to the audio bit, and the letter quoted from the 'insider' sounded almost
exactly like a letter that was quoted on PO.com this last Spring (I think). Hmmm.

It sounded very similar to a letter that was written to www.urbansurvival.com.
