I'll agree with that. I would only loot, (burglarize somebody's home or businuss), if I were in dire straits, and had no other option for getting money and supplies to survive. However, I would engage in scavanging, (burglarize abandoned properties), if I could get away with it at any time. Hell, I used to "scavange" the dumpsters, (dumpster dive), after the local college graduation. It helped having a job on campus, I got access to a bunch of free stuff in the vacated apartments, (nobody lived there). I still have about 150 yds of coax.
