Except that actual scientific studies seem to point out that consumed in moderate amounts, soy products cause no problem, re estrogen in adults. Although for children, it seems more research is needed.

This thread is rather about coercing teenage boys to use sex changing medication, all under official authority of american state and not about oestrogens present in soy.
Hence its title spells what it does.

For my money (and health), soy via firm Tofu, as the occasional meat substitute is tremendous, when served in dishes like a lot of veggies. And I'm no vegetatian, much LESS a vegan. (Level 5 or otherwise, LOL). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtuMIaOGRy8

I don't miss the meat at all in that context, and get less fat and sodium. Kind of like substituting mushrooms for a meat on a pizza.

But hey, if people think they must regularly eat a 16 oz. steak or a burger with 4 patties or a giant slab of ribs all the time to feel like a man, that's their look-out. I just wouldn't want to deal with the procedures or the medical bills at some point in time.
