Rockman, I agree. Think of being at a buffet. They tell you that the roast beef is running out. Do you take a bit more because when it's time for seconds there won't be any, or do you conserve for the others behind you in the line? I'll bet most people take two quietly.
I watched people going up north for snowmobiling today. They all spent around $50,000 on their rigs and they are going to spend another $500 this weekend. They must have a lot of disposable income, but even so it's lunacy considering what's coming. They are going to snowmobile themselves into debt because that's what their culture tells them to do. It's human nature to use whatever you can while you can. We're no good at conserving for the future.
