Change is inevitable, it’s the RATE of change.

Before the industrial revolution change was very slow. Alexander the Great and George Washington both rode on horseback. My grandfather used a percussion cap musket to kill seals as late as 1950. I use an iPhone to blather on.

The rate of change creates stress. But if you grow up with a lot of churn you think the stress is normal.

Personally I’m trying to go backward and lead a less stressful life.
