Actually it is not, it is about love vs hate. Muslims are human & as capable of love as anyone else. Their religion however has a wide open window for hate & an opportunity to act out hateful actions in it's name. It is the perfect backdrop to Mad Max 4, which is where the MENA is either already or is headed for as ELM & AGW conspire to destroy liveability in these regions. The situation is incredibly complex but equally mostly simple- or should be- to folks who consider themselves geopolitically & resource economically aware.

Reminds me of the Old Testament in which if I am not mistaken God is wrathful and vengeful and is cheerleading war and armed conflict. So yes I concede that I do not know enough about Islam and the Koran and that violence is condoned apparently in the Koran. Having said that would you all not agree that the vast majority of Muslims are not violent and are not resorting to violence.
