Fata Morgana always appears on the horizon, never in the sky like this, and there are no cities in Jiangxi to produce this effect.

It has been seen before, some time in the mid 1800's thousands of eye witnesses in France spotted a floating city, glowing in the clouds. Many thought it was a glimpse of Heaven as described in the last book of the Christian Bible. No explanation was ever found to settle what caused the 'vision'.
