She was joined in her opinion by Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, as well as Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas.
The left leaning judges voted for this. And the right leaning judges voted against this.
Moral of the story.
VOTE REPUBLICAN !!! We need more judges like Scalia (Reagan), Thomas (Bush I), Rehnquest (Nixon) and O'Conner (Reagan) (all appointed by republican presidents) to stop this type of thing from happening.
