I believe Yemen has also although I am not sure the year. Most countries still haveing growth are small ones that has only had their reserves developed recently or in the near future (e.g. Angola).
It's wrong in a few respects. It predicts Yemen's peak to still be a few years away, but Yemen clearly peaked in 2001. On the other hand it says Ecuador peaked in 2001, when in fact Ecuador has not yet peaked according to the BP report. The same is true of Malaysia, which the graph says peaked in 1997 but still hasn't peaked.
