2008 was the historical high price of $147. That's why it is significant. Haven't seen any stories

The manipulation is done not by the countries but the oil tanker company. There is a court filling about the company.
Does this firm any relationship with the Iranian or Venezuelan governments. I tried to read bu could not find something related to that.
