$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('sparky', '.')It seems a bit overblown to compare human society to a farm ,
It always is a protection racket..
I'm not sure why it's supposed to be a bad thing even if you view society as just a "human farm." It's just a fact that large groups of social animals MUST have some kind of pecking order and structure in order to enable social cooperation. Look at bees.. they have a queen, workers, and drones. Could the hive survive if all the drones just fluffed off and smelled flowers all day?
The whole video is just silly, it's trying to question fundamental social dynamics, but to some extent these same dynamics are found in all social animals so you can safely conclude that it's requirement, not an option.
Even our closest relatives, the chimps and apes, have these dynamics in their groups. This is just who we are folks, we've developed this way because of evolutionary pressures and it turns out how we are is the BEST way to survive. It's been successful, we're the apex species on the planet.
So if mother nature has declared homo sapiens all-time champion, what's there to feel bad about? Logic suggests if our ancestors had shun social groups then we'd be extinct by now.
