This is BS. She should fight it and take her case all the way to the Supreme Court. This should fall under someone's Constitutional right to privacy. This is none of the state's business.

Whoa buddy. I didnt say i AGREE with it. Theres ALOT of laws I dont necesarily agree with, but it doesnt change the fact they are currently on the books as laws and as such actions can be taken against those in violation.

For the record, I do not agree with this law.

From what I read, Lawrence vs Texas covered sexual acts of 2 willing couples in a private residence, not the cohabitation of said individuals.
While it may cover it, i dont know if it will.

Wow, for once, a morality law non-existent in South Carolina. i was sure we were going to be one of those seven states. I'm impressed.

Just a few years ago the supreme court overturned a ban on oral sex...it was a big headline in the paper. I held it up & danced around the office showing it to everybody :lol:

Theres all kinds of stupid laws on the books in lots of states. Breaking laws isn't a big deal, its getting caught :)
