I keep seeing comments like this. Sounds like this is a real problem for some couples.

This is part of the PO club idea.
My wife does understand PO and supports all that we are doing about it.
I think i might be completely insane if I did not have her support and for a week or so at the beginning I did not.

People need support.
She and other women like her that understand Peakoil might be able to help others understand.
No...not saying that women need only women to talk to them yet gender is an obstacle for some.

As far as this thread is concerned and my observations of things.

Dont you just love it and even feel proud when newbies come in here with "PO doesnt make any sense" and then one day all PO grown up we see them helping others to understand.
Yes - to me thats a beautiful thing.
