What an interesting movie. While the acting doesnt impress me, and on the whole I think the movie was at best average it definately has a better then average plot.
I'd recommend watching the movie based on the plot. Dont expect any amazing special effects or good acting, but yeah. Goood plot. Very fitting, considering the times.

I watched it last night Specop. I couldn't find it in Netflix so I downloaded the torrent. 
I think it's a Brit film but I couldn't really tell for sure. It certain didn't get any press in the U.S. as far as I've seen. The plot is a perfect example of how things break down in the face of limited resources and increased competition. I'm not real adverse to violence but one part was a bit brutal, don't let the kids watch.
