Movie: "Drawing Restraint 9"

Unread postby Zardoz » Wed 26 Apr 2006, 19:19:55

...this one soared right over my head: Drawing Restraint 9 I don't know. I have a feeling this won't do blockbuster box office.
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')he core idea of Drawing Restraint 9 is the relationship between self-imposed resistance and creativity, a theme it symbolically tracks through the construction and transformation of a vast sculpture of liquid Vaseline, called “The Field”, which is molded, poured, bisected and reformed on the deck of the ship over the course of the film.
• Genre:Foreign, Fantasy
• Director:Matthew Barney

I watched "The Eternal Jew" afew days ago, a great 1940's propaganda film, I do feel very sorry for the Jews in the movie, but It was interesting to watch propaganda t it's fullest force.
