I still don't understand why he can't pass the fake 25 ruble note off in a dark bar somewhere. I think most people with IQ's under 90 would accept it and in Russia that's probably about 40% of the population.

I know I've accepted a few fakes over the years. I went to Mexico a few years ago and somehow ended up with a fake 100 peso note in my wallet. I went from a bar to my car with a girl once and she turned out to be a fake. I managed to pass 'her' off on someone else.

You know who the ideal human being is? Don't gag.... it's Fabio. Guy's dumber than a post, happier than a clam, and physically nice and healthy. I couldn't even imagine what people with IQ's over 120 read - probably some really strange stuff I wouldn't even want to get near. In fact, people with an IQ over 160 should have to wear warning labels and register with DHS.

According to Wikipedia, production of 25 ruble notes stopped in 1991. So my answer is that if this was a post-fall-of-the-Soviet Union question, then it IS a trick question. If it was a Soviet-era question then it is okay, and I am not smart enough to come up with the answer.
