It's nice to be here

Unread postby evilmonkeyspanker » Sat 20 Aug 2005, 23:24:59

It's nice to be here, and to know that I am not the only person who feels the US government is as crooked as they come, I am glad to know that there are other people who are sick and tired of where the country is headed, and I am glad to know I am not as paranoid as I thought I was.

Until I found out about peak oil and peakoil.com I did not know where to find people who shared similar interest as well as concerns. I would like to thank everyone on here for thier opinion, even if some of those opinions are not ones I really aggree with, but isn't that the point I suppose, how can you know all the angles when your surrounded my cattle that all think the same in the real world.

This is just me saying thanks for taking the time to help everyone on here and to share your advice and opinions in this very open if not sometimes nutty forum.

I would like to not just thank my fellow american(I am not a crook) I would also like to thank all of you from different countries who provide deep insight into international and domestic affairs.

do I see a tear there :P

but you're right
Altough I only recently discovered this forum, it's good to know that you're not the only one that's aware of PO.
I like the discussions here and the different points of view. (in that case it's a bit pitty JD has left the forum, although I read his blog now)
Wether you like it or not we're really going to have to work together postPO and this kind of forum proofs that although we all differ in age, social status, location, doom-level :P where we're from etc...we can talk to each other, share views, discuss and ultimately figer out the best solution for each of us...

What about a new avatar? Here some suggestions:

or

Image

What I did was going on Google punching in "Auction Monster" and instead of doing a Web search going for a Image search.

Once you float around for a while you might find "your" avatar and then simply left click the picture, copy and paste it into your profile and there you go...

auctionmonster, it is good to have you here.

One reason I spend so much time online on this forum and others is that knowing about PO and/or 9/11 puts one outside the hypnotized herd.

But you can now rest easy that PO is real after reading confirmation in the August OPEC report, sweet light is already down over 2 million bpd from peak.

I also developed a great peace of mind about 9/11 after seeing the 'street engine' photos from the plane that hit the WTC south tower.

http://www.rense.com/general63/wtcc.htm

That plane always looked like a 737 to me, not the 767 widebody we were told it was. Good to know that is a proven fact.

Nice to know there is more than just me who hates the federalies, the neutering of our constitution, and the moral decay of the once great country of America. If it gets much worse, the motto will be de oppresso libre at all costs for probably several hundred thousand, (if not millions), of people.

Folks, I've gotta quote you something from an AP story about how sick and tired the Crawfordites are of these 'subversives' setting up camp near Our Great Leader's ranch:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '"')I'm a Democrat and proud of it," Keith Lynch, 67, said while taking a break from trimming the brush around the flag pole in front of his 600-acre ranch near the Bush spread. "But you've got to respect your country, you've got to respect your flag, and you've got to respect your president."

We do? 8O

What if the country, flag, and presidency aren't representing what they were intended to represent? What then, Mr. Lynch? :x

I'll pass on that, I think--and continue to support the intentions, not the realities. . . . :P
