Don't get me wrong, she has her problems as a candidate but she did not exactly come out of nowhere. This time she had competition for the nomination; surprise, surprise, she won. Big deal.

Against an incumbent who was also running for Vice President in a landslide year for Dems she got 35% of the vote. The question would seem to be if the public mood has changed enough in Delaware to garner and additional 15% of the vote.

You all seem to be the political wizards, perhaps you have an opinion on that?

Del is not hurting as much as many other places but the rate is still 8.8%


Will the businesses of Delaware get behind her?
The prime industries seem to be chemicals, pharmaceuticals and of course the financial industry (I think I send a check there every month).

I can't find much on energy policy; only that she is against cap and trade, a position that I would actually agree with.

I probably would not vote for her if I lived in Delaware. That being said, after I see all the snark in this thread posing as insight I'll be LMAO if she does get elected.
