Hlep me to remember!

As I watch this perfect economic storm happening, as well as peak-about-everything, I am aware that I am very TUNED as I watch and read the news. Makes me wonder if I am seeing what I am looking for. Perhaps these constant bad headlines are more common than I am aware?

Is this buildup as severe as what you remember from the 2001 recession, or the inflation of the 70's? Or other previous recessions? Maybe I'm just not remembering well, or, most likely, I had more fun things to pay attention to.

At what point do you anticipate folks starting to throw around the "D" word? (Depression)

The MSM, with their fearmongering ways, will be the first to use the term Depression openly. The government will shy away from the word Recession as long as possible, then employ it as long as possible after the fact.

Following the coming Depression will be Regression. This is a term that will not be used publicly as systems will have failed which would otherwise transmit the word to the public.
