Alrighty,
First, a small amount of information about this project to give you an idea of what is going on. I am a second-year Grade 12 (pretty much OAC/Grade 13) student in a high school in Ontario, Canada. My World Issues class teacher has alloted me two 75 minute (class length) periods in which to do a presentation to the class on the peak oil theory.
During the first period I plan to have the class watch 'The End of Suburbia' and during the second period I plan to do a presentation and then have a discussion with the class. This is where I am running into problems. See, I want the presentation to be approximately 30-35 minutes in length to allow enough time for a half-decent discussion to occur. I am having problems deciding on exactly what to present in the presentation as so far I only have my format done, as I have chosen the Question and Answer one.
What Questions/Answers should I present? I can't really think of anything other than basic things such as 'What is Peak Oil?' and the like. I don't want each question/answer to be massive in proportion, however I am planning to do up some fact sheets for myself to help explain topics in greater depth. It's not that I don't know a great deal about peak oil, in fact I have been studying it since summer, it's just that I have reached an obstruction somewhat like writer's block and I am unsure as to how I should proceed.
Thanks.
