$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Dawn', 'A')t this point... I don't see the point of being vaccinated for the swine flu. It's everywhere. From what I've read it will be too late for the majority of the people who'd like it anyway.
Is there a reason to have this vaccine after you've had the flu? JJ, I think that's very wrong and I would have a talk with the school.
Dawn, I've talked with the school until I'm blue in the face. Now I'm sure:
a) they view me as a potential security/terrorist threat because I don't like their security measures
and
b) they view me as a potential security/terrorist threat because I'm not falling over backwards trying to get my kids the swine flu vaccine. (Texas Department of Health had a town hall meeting here (Burnet, Texas) last Wed. night to assure us the vaccine is safe and explain their plan to vaccinate everyone in town. The Bertram city council, (the town PeakOiler lives in,) bought a vaccine for every person in town (Correct me if I'm wrong, POiler).
Dawn, get with the program. Doesn't matter if you've had the flu. Baxter needs the money. And from what I'm reading, the live virus nasal spray will shed for 21 days after you have the vaccine, so you can infect your friends....
