You know better than I ! I actually like boiled beef, but in a Vietnamese dish we eat here a lot (Pho). I think Haggis involves boiling some innards - yes ? Anyway, I've only been to Scotland in the UK. Not a big scotch drinker, but the beer there was good and if I was going to drink scotch anywhere it would be there.

I'm just joking, mostly on the French for their culinary snootiness. Not that I don't like French cuisine too.
