From the article, it seems to imply that Lester is seeing countries trying to prevent exports to keep food, so that it can feed its people. I am not seeing this at all in my trade discussions. Agricultural trade is still facing lots of tariffs/duties. If this is the case, we should see the end of these taxes and rising food prices in the open markets.

We are seeing farmers get squeezed by rising costs and low food prices.
