In a democracy you can't blame the political system for failing to act, it's the fault of the electorate for failing to vote in the right people.

Try that here in Australia. Basically, you have either the idiots... or the other idiots.

I'm going to vote for a minor party at the next election (if there is a next election - Howard seems to be following Bush).
