Great post! And keep in mind, the Saudis have been having declining social welfare programs for years (something like an avg. of $27,000 a year back in the 70s down to $7k or so now) and they do have World Bank payments to make etc. All that stuff could happen any day, this hurricane business is a completely random act, other things have been cooking for a while....
