I went outside and look at the sun. First I was not able to focus on the center of the sun. I waited little bit and look at it again. It saw these circle circling around the sun, same as the circle I see during the night when I look at street light or electronic LED from above.

It looks like a cone of energy dissipating the concentrated energy when moving away from the sun. I also saw a black spot in the middle of the sun.
