And as NTV’s Brenda Wanga reports, policies on regulating the number of children per couple may not even be enough.

Good luck with that! The Catholic Church will fight it to the death as they are here in the Philippines. Probably the Muslims and Mormons will also.

Amazing……
The people that can not provide for themselves are having the most children.
If you can not provide for yourself you can not provide for a child.
Access to family planning services needs to be available to all that want it.

If you don’t want to think like a human, nature will treat you like a lemming. There is nothing people of good will can do to change that trend now.
