Every individual, business and country needs to develop a plan to deal with higher energy prices and reduced supplies. Energy efficiency, energy conservation and alternative fuels can all help to deal with higher energy prices. The virtual monopoly that oil has on transportation fuels has transportation boxed into a corner.
