I wonder how sustainable the highrise condo buildings will be in the future. The cost of maintaining them is incredible, and they use a lot of materials that are manufactured by companies heavily dependent on the availability of cheap energy.
Full disclosure: I work as a cleaning professional in a highrise condo, so I see everyday just how much money goes into maintaining these places.
