China and India continue to use more and more oil every day while there is demand destruction elsewhere in the world. Individuals, business and politicians need to develop a plan to deal with higher prices and limited supplies. Ignoring the issue will not make it go away.

McNally understands better than most analysts that it is the physical oil market that is dominating our world – not some chimera called speculators.
The facts are a tad overwhelming – the
Brent price has gone from $12.75 (annual) in 1998 to today’s price above $124.
And the very impressive world oil business, with all of its technology has been unable to increase production since 2005.
