1) Acknowledgement of seemingly current Iraqi policy failure
2) Author’s recognition of supply (code for depletion) issue…”running on empty”
3) I thought Iraqi exports were currently around 1.8 mb/d, not the figures cited by this editorialist
4)The Blame Game seems to be quickening
5) It’s appearance before the election
