These kind of events are exceedingly rare in the Toledo area, how are things in your neighborhood this morning? It sounds like this was a hoax, but even those have to be treated as real until proven otherwise, which causes a huge disruption for patients, staff, and family.

They said they have completed a search and found nothing. They have given an all clear to re-entered the building.

A spokesperson said this incident impacted the medical office building across from the E.R. and not the main hospital campus.

Authorities said a note was found in the administrative office of the pain management area of the hospital that prompted the evacuation and search.
