habla inglés? anuncia no

Rather than resurrect the Cinco de Mayo thread I'll start a new one...

"There are a lot of people in the lawn service that are non-English speaking," Gray said. "Customers and different people were telling me that they have a hard time trying to communicate with them about the work they want done on their yards. I just want to let people know they at least can communicate with me when I do work on their property."

Apparently the Arapahoe County finds this insulting to the local Hispanic population. Oh, and the American flag... that's no good as well.

If this doesn't piss you off your time better spent here.

This is the typical leftist reaction to any kind of situation. I bet absolutely no one in the Hispanic community ever complained about it , but here come the County officials and say they find it offensive for the Hispanic community (which has never complained). That just brings trouble, confrontation and makes minorities look weak and childish when they are probably not. The bad guy here is not the worker, not the Hispanic fellows but the County officials who have too much time to spare and use it in this nonsense.

The world is changing, bit by bit. And the dangerous thing is that if you don’t like it then you become an anti-social, racist. Immigration is a very complex issue, to me the article just shows that human stupidity has to limits. The cap thing is just hilarious.
