I particularly enjoyed the table on page 20 that says that the Phillipines and Thailand are the two most vulnerable economies to an oil price increase, in light of the fact that two news items on the front page of this website this very day talk about how these two countries are feeling the pinch right now.

Good catch.

Especially table 7.2 gives me the willies.

2020 futures (may 2003) $48.94
2020 futures (august 2004) $93.95

Talk about a growing contango. This one is stretching 15 years out.
