This book will be released in a few days revealing how the USSR was able to purchase quickly match the USA's advances in constructing nuclear weapons and delivery systems.

It'll be a fascinating spy tale whose prime characters went unpunished, but not unrewarded.

Not relevant, I realize but since we are in the open forum ; - )
