If anybody watched the CBC last night they had the last half hour dedicated to stories about oil. "Running on Empty." It had some articles about the usual.
But then they had a 10 minute part that had 3 different perspectives on why oil prices were high. One guy said it was a bubble, one guy said it was speculators, and the third guy was actually CIBC's Jeff Rubin. They gave Jeff Rubin a fair shot at explaining Peak Oil. Unfortunatly, they didn't let him tell the absolute blunt truth but did let him say most of the details pertaining to PO. I think it was a good first step and in the right direction to start making PO mainstream. The bad thing is by letting the other explain their theories more indepth it kinda shortchanged Rubin.
Did anyone else see it?
