Well this sorta ties in with some "strange" unexplained stuff.
Bradshaw rock art, is ancient, older than any other surviving "art" in the world. The biggest mystery is it just showed up complete and detailed in everyway with no record of the artists "learning" how to make them.
Then they went through a process of de-evolving in to simpler art before disappearing altogether.
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'I') skimmed though the article and am not so certain as of why this certain Dr. Allan Ross is all from a sudden the speaker of the tribe.
It got especially fishy with the UFO remark at the end, which is where I usually close the doors for business.
Albente,
Who Dr Allen Ross? is he a "loon"? I've never heard of him before. There seems to be a common link though, in most ancient and not so ancient religions/beliefs that we/someone came from the stars/space/time and will return when the time is right( take your pick at which religion)
Maybe religious teaching "books" written a couple of hundred years ago might bend and distort the truth for our needs (greedy humans) but how can you argue against "records" left over 20 000 years ago, damn there isn't even any pigment on the rock faces any more
I live in this area and can also "feel" something when visiting these sites, they are extremely powerful, but I have no knowledge of how to "use" these sites. The local aboriginal culture like most ancient culture's is fast becoming "lost" for this and following generations.
They must have been onto something
And now with resource depletion, over population, biosphere destruction and related joys their message seems to be a little more...well...pertinent
Post peak we will need a common sense of past and future to survive. We are one in the same, we have a common past and our future is also tied together. These older beliefs had this worked out, why can't we smart, advanced race see this?

This is our doom.
60000 or so years vs 200yrs post industrialization. Mmmm....I'll put my money on the former and learn to adapt to that way of thinking. This paradigm is over. We
will go thru the Hopi's third shaking and maybe next time round we will have evolved enough to not treat our common mother(Earth) like adolescent teenagers that are drunk for the first time.
