A new site called "The Cost of Energy" is up:

Its goal is to answer as many specific questions for non-experts as it can regarding PO. However, many of the site's areas have not been fleshed out yet. For example, click on the "Politics" section then click on the question, "Why didn't Bush and Kerry talk about energy more in the '04 campaign?" and you will find no answers.

Got a good answer to that one or any of the other myriad unaddressed questions? Seems like the author, Lou Grinzo, needs a little help although I haven't communicated with him about it. Now's your chance, give him a jingle and ask to help out.

There are TONS of questions that need to be answered on that site.

Interesting site, but I get the impression that the author wants to do all the work himself. He will accept data and references, but I don't think he is accepting people sending him the whole answer. I wish the site looked more collaborative.
