Brewed coffee seems like a very energy intensive drink. In an effort to live a less energy dependent lifestyle, I've given up brewed coffe.
i now enjoy chocolate covered coffee beans.

Not to fear, Toddy(TM) is here. This method of brewing makes coffee brewed cold. Enjoy it cold or heat it up. Heat it conventionally or place it in a solar oven for that true, low energy cup of joe. Well, low energy after you consider the roasting, transportation, and harvesting inputs. As coffee nets us almost no calories, its got an abmysmal EROEI ratio any way you look at it.
