My letter to Barbara Boxer

Hello Ms. Boxer,

I just wanted to "cc" you on a note I sent to Jay Inslee of Washington state. He and Rep. Bartlett are aware of, and speaking about the critical topic of "peak oil" on the floor of the House.

I know you are extremely busy, but I feel this topic is the most important facing us right now, and that the American public does not have a good grasp of the scenario we are facing. Please support Mr. Inslee and Mr. Bartlett in educating the American people about dimensions of the crisis we are facing so the America people are not blind sided and can at least attempt to prepare. This administration's greatest crime I believe (among many) is not preparing the public for the extreme shortages, blackouts and brown outs we are undoubtedly facing in the not so distant Future.
Keep up the excellent, undoubtedly difficult and lonely work of resisting this extremist administration.
Sincerely,
M.D.

Hello, Mr. Inslee,
I wanted to thank you for your excellent presentation yesterday that I watched on C-Span regarding global warming, and equally, if not more important, peak oil.

Julian Darley and Richard Heinberg are experts on this topic and may have been the authors of the book you read. If not, I heartily recommend "The Party's Over: Wa, Oil, and the fate of Industrial Societies" by Richard Heinberg, to you and all your colleagues. Here is a recent interview between Mr. Darley and Mr. Heinberg on recent events and how the American public is woefully misinformed.

Again many thanks for bringing this topic to light. Keep up the excellent work of informing the public and seeking answers.
Sincerely,
M. D.

Barbara Boxer has many other personal concerns. Her action in challenging the 2004 Ohio vote has many Washington insiders predicting her demise in the near future. Mel Carnahan (D-candidate for Senate in 2000, Missouri) and Paul Wellstone (D-Senator 2002, Minnesota) had fatal accidents. Ms. Boxer is now said to be accident prone

And don't forget my loudmouth Uncle Offie, who died last summer in a very mysterious tractor accident. I think that also was "arranged."
