It's kind of bad to think how easy and good they describe the job market for engineers on that web page. They should have a dislaimer about how engineers in India and China make about 1/4-1/6 of what US engineers do so it is better for corporations to hire 4-6 of them on a budget of one here. More work for less money and in case one goofs the others will pick up the slack.
